The video game streaming giant Twitch recently announced that it would be signing the professional streamer AnneMunition to an exclusive multi-year deal. The 30-year old streamer shot to fame as a result of her exceptional gameplay on a variety of FPS and battle royale titles.
This meant that AnneMunition quickly earned the Twitch Streamer of the Year in the Short Award. This came as a result of the impressive AnneMunition bio that features a commendable list of achievements on top games likes Overwatch, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, The Last of Us and Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds.
AnneMunition’s Twitch channel has over 600,000 fans known as The Armory who regularly follow her gameplay and commentary. The Los Angeles native only started streaming in 2014 when she was busy working as a graphic designer. But such was her popularity that AnneMunition became a full-time streamer in 2016.

Not only is AnneMunition a formidable gaming opponent, but much of her success has been based on her kindness and generosity to other gamers. In a remarkable contrast to the widespread toxicity in the gaming community, AnneMunition has used her channel to develop a real sense of community. It’s AnneMunition’s ability to foster a sense of inclusivity that will have made her such an inviting prospect for Twitch. While many celebrity gamers have become notorious for their brash personalities, AnneMunition has used her profile to become a force for good. This can be seen in her charity work that saw her raising over $32,000 for the St Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

This was when she was asked by Michelle Obama to join her Reach Higher Initiative. The multi-year deal with Twitch
It has yet to be revealed how much the multi-year deal between AnneMunition and Twitch is worth. But the deal will certainly boost the gamer’s profile and make her a real target for anybody wishing to bet on streamers. It is expected that the deal will see AnneMunition’s Twitch channel gaining plenty more exposure. Plus we can expect no shortage of sponsorships, merchandising, promotional appearances and brand partnerships emerging as a result of this joint venture.
The deal was brought about through Loaded which is a management company for well-known streamers such as summit1G, CouRage and Shroud. AnneMunition joined forces with Loaded in 2017, and the company has already greatly boosted her internet profile. So while the AnneMunition bio might already be impressive, it seems as though this top streamer is just getting started.
